Peanut Butter Banana Bread a new Fall favorite. It is like Banana Nut Bread with a twist.

Banana Nut bread is always a great breakfast treat for friends and family. I decided to elevate the bread by substituting Walnuts with Crunchy Jif Peanut butter. If you are thinking 'Can You Do That ?' The answer is, I did that ! :
The Peanut butter adds a creamy richness to the bread, while the peanuts provide the crunch-GTG
This bread recipe is easy to make. The prep time is short as well. A good tip to use when cooking this recipe is the heavy the seeds/nuts you use, add them to the batter last instead of mixing. Let me know in the comments section how it turns out. Happy cooking !
Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients

1 very ripe banana (medium/large)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, (Room Temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablspoons crunchy peanut butter (Jif)
Cooking Directions
In a mixing bowl, mix the butter and sugar.
Mash Banana and add to lightly beaten eggs.
Add the Banana egg mixture in the mixing bowl. Fold in all ingredients.
In a seperate bowl whisk together dry ingredients; flour, salt, and boking soda.
Add to batter.
Stir in vanilla, and peanut butter.
Transfer to floured/greased loaf pan and bake.
