Pork and sweet onion Kabob Recipe

Ingredients


Pork and sweet onion Kabob Recipe virtual shopping list

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup chili sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tablesppons olive oil

2 teaspoons curry powder

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

2 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes

3 medium onions, cut into 1-inch wedges



Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.

  2. remove 1/2 for basting

  3. cover and refridgerate

  4. Add pork to the remaining marinade; toss to coat. Cover and refridgerate for 3 hours overnight.

  5. Drain and discard the marinade.

  6. Alternating, thread pork cubes and onion edges on metal or soaked bamboo skewers

  7. grill uncovered, over medium heat for five minutes; turn.

  8. Baste with reserved marinade.

  9. Continue turning and basting meat for 15 minutes or until meat juices run clear.

  10. Let rest. Then serve.
